Barology Fertility Bars contain specialized fertility supplement protocols designed in collaboration with a renowned fertility specialist, and are based on current medical literature. Studies have suggested that these vitamins, minerals and antioxidants can potentially help against oxidative stress, and therefore help egg and embryo quality, as well as sperm quality, DNA and function. The recommended vitamins and dietary ingredients are listed in the chart below (and are found in our bars!).
